OVERVIEW

As a Senior Art Director at Shuttlerock, you will play a key role in shaping the creative direction of our projects and mentoring a diverse team of designers. You will ensure that
brand storytelling, design, and motion outputs are consistently aligned with client objectives and executed at the highest standard.

Your role will combine strategic vision bringing strength in branding, campaign ideation, and visual storytelling together with leadership and team development skills. You will lead design teams
across multiple projects and formats

, elevate the quality of creative outputs , from identity systems to short-form campaigns, and safeguard brand integrity across all deliverables.

As a mentor, you will
inspire and develop Designers

, to refine their creative thinking and craft. Beyond project delivery, you will also
track emerging creative and advertising trends

, keeping the team ahead of the curve.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an Senior Art Director or Art Director,
  • Strong background in branding, identity, and visual communication, ideally combined with motion and digital advertising expertise.
  • Good skills in ideation, concept development, composition, typography, and color systems.
  • Deep understanding of international branding and advertising trends across markets.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Branding or relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages (German, Korean, Chinese, etc.) are a plus.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Solid knowledge of diverse social media platforms and digital ecosystems.
