Your main responsibilities

System Operation



95% system up-time

  • Yearly IT equipment and system planning and execution
  • Perform all required IT process following group IT guidelines and requirement
  • Level 2 support technical request from all IT users (Office and Field)


Support company operation



Implement improvement initiative as a business partner to company operation

  • Act as a business partner to propose and implement initiatives to improve work efficiency and security of all departments


IS and IT Usage Rule



Zero % of user violence

  • Regular IT assess audit
  • Implement mandatory IT security operation as per group IT instruction
  • Continuously train and audit user for IT security compliant

What you bring

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Network Engineering


Professional skill, knowledge, attitude

  • CCNA, MCP, VMware certificate
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Google IT Support are advantageous.


Professional experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Network, System Admin
  • Good knowledge about Network Monitoring & Security
  • Experience with VMware, Cisco, Dell, Symantec and Microsoft technology
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

  • English
  • Vietnamese

  • Keep up to date with the latest technology in terms of Cloud, SDWAN, Information security etc.
