Brief
- To be our ideal candidate in this role - Customer Support Intern, you need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- As a Customer Support Intern, you will work with the CS Lead in the Customer Support field.
- This job will help you acquire CS skills and provide you with knowledge of the CS field, and experience the start-up working environment.
Description
- Handle customer queries & complaints according to the Company procedures and service standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the service quality and customers' concerns are met.
- Other tasks are assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- No experience required.
- Final-year students or fresh graduates, preferably majoring in Banking, E-commerce or Business Administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship is a plus.
- Candidates with a strong interest in improving user experience and customer satisfaction.
- Good command of English (verbal/written).
- Agile, proactive, and responsible at work.
- Ability to work hard, learn proactively & take on various challenges in a start-up environment.
