Brief

• To be our ideal candidate in this role - Customer Support Intern, you need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• As a Customer Support Intern, you will work with the CS Lead in the Customer Support field.
• This job will help you acquire CS skills and provide you with knowledge of the CS field, and experience the start-up working environment.

Description

• Handle customer queries & complaints according to the Company procedures and service standards.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the service quality and customers' concerns are met.
• Other tasks are assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• No experience required.
• Final-year students or fresh graduates, preferably majoring in Banking, E-commerce or Business Administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese.
• Ability to commit to a full-time internship is a plus.
• Candidates with a strong interest in improving user experience and customer satisfaction.
• Good command of English (verbal/written).
• Agile, proactive, and responsible at work.
• Ability to work hard, learn proactively & take on various challenges in a start-up environment.
