1/ Strategic Development & Execution
- Develop and implement short- and long-term commercial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Expand market share, focusing on new markets (e.g., digital logistics, ecommerce, green logistics).
- Drive revenue and profitability, ensuring strategic account management and exceeding sales targets.
2/Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performance sales team.
- Foster professional growth through training and career development.
- Set and monitor clear team goals to ensure alignment with company targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Pricing) to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
3/ Business Intelligence & Innovation
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer demands.
- Collaborate on new solutions that address customer needs and improve services.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools. Sales Execution & Customer Satisfaction
- Guide sales teams to close key deals, ensuring a smooth, customer-focused process.
- Implement retention strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
