Job Description

  • Build and deploy advanced ML systems, including generative, classification, and regression models.
  • Define technical requirements and translate them into structured product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with software engineering teams to ship production-ready ML solutions.
  • Leverage distributed computing and modern parallel environments (e.g., clusters, GPUs) to scale models efficiently.
  • Tackle challenges such as automation, entity resolution, ranking, and information retrieval.
  • Design evaluation pipelines and annotation programs to enable continuous model improvement and reinforcement training.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related technical field.
  • 1-3+ years of experience designing and training ML models to solve real-world problems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles - data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, API design.
  • Familiarity with scalable data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Beam.
  • Proven track record of improving model performance to meet business objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex ML concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
