Job Description:

As a
Data & GenAI Solution Lead
, you will accelerate the delivery of customer-facing Data and GenAI projects. You will act as a bridge between customer requirements, technical teams, and business objectives, turning data into strategic value.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Consulting

  • Collaborate with clients to identify data-driven opportunities and define feasible solution architectures.
  • Translate business requirements into specifications aligned with AWS and TechX best practices.
  • Support pre-sales activities such as proof-of-concept (POC) builds, demos, and documentation.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Work closely with internal data engineers, AI engineers, and solution architects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide guidance, support, and knowledge sharing within project teams.
  • Support in standardizing delivery frameworks, documentation, and reusable assets.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI solution development. Experience in project implementation and solution consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS data stack (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, EMR, or SageMaker).
  • Background in BFSI projects or domain understanding (banking, insurance, digital lending.) is a huge plus.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and working with structured & unstructured data.
  • Familiarity with LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, or vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch).
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to explain technical topics to business audiences.
