Job descriptions 工作職責

  • Manage process engineering personnel, process capabilities, and yield in the Vietnam process engineering department
  • Mainly responsible for dry process, lamination/drilling/laser/molding/electrical testing final inspection
  • Process technology and new product development, mass production introduction
  • Monitor process quality and yield improvement
  • Enhance process capabilities, test experiment planning, and result analysis
  • Reduce production costs and optimize process quality and parameters
  • Follow SOP procedures, handle and troubleshoot anomalies
  • 越南製程工程部門人員與製程能力,良率管理
  • 主要負責乾製程,壓合/鑽孔/雷射/成型/電測終檢
  • 製程技術與新產品開發,量產導入
  • 監控製程品質及良率改善
  • 製程能力提昇,測試實驗規劃與結果分析
  • 降低生產成本,優化製程品質及參數
  • 遵守SOP流程,處理及排除異常

Requirements 任職要求

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Fluent English; Chinese is preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • 越南籍
  • 大學本科及以上學歷
  • 英語流利;會中文者優先
  • 至少5年的相關職缺經驗

Compensation & Benefits 福利制度

  • Working hours: 7:30 - 16:15
  • Two Saturdays off per month
