  2. Position: Logistics Specialist
  3. Report to: PMC Manager of ASSA ABLOY Architectural Hardware Vietnam (AAAHV)
  4. Working time: 8:00 – 17:00 | Monday - Friday
  5. Responsibilities:
Take responsibilities for customs clearance for imports and exportsControl HS code clarification Control Custom duty refund operation Follow up customs auditManage forwarder and 3rd party logisticsComply with laws, regulations and requirementsKeep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiencyOverall logistics work including shipping and delivers follow upUnderstand and make annual settlement report

BSc/ BA in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain or relevant fieldMore than 3-4 years of relevant work experience customs and logisticsGood communication skills in English (both Speaking & Writing) Proficient in using ERP system Knowledge of trade, HS code, Customs regulationExperience working at EPE (Export Processing Enterprise)

  2. Nice to have:
Good communication with the relevant stakeholdersForeign invested enterprise experienceExcellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple projects
