We seek a
Senior FP&A
to drive financial success and support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to optimize financial performance.

In this role, you will:

• Verify and review accounting data and financial reports for companies across Asia to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Deliver financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the CEO to support informed decision-making
• Monitor and manage the operating cost budget to ensure financial efficiency and adherence to targets
• Conduct reconciliations, make adjustments, and project various business scenarios to align with key shifts in business strategies
• Serve as a finance partner, fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver financial insights and support business objectives
• Leverage critical thinking and a solid understanding of accounting, tax principles, and relevant regulations to ensure financial compliance

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the related fields
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage..
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles and regulations
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
