Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Python Developer
who is proficient in
FastAPI, Django
, and modern backend architectures. You will work closely with international clients, so
excellent English communication (verbal & written)
is required. The ideal candidate has strong ownership, solid system design skills, and experience building scalable backend services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using
    Python (FastAPI, Django)
    .
  • Design scalable system architecture and high-performance APIs.
  • Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and implement efficient data models.
  • Collaborate closely with BA, QA, DevOps, and Frontend teams.
  • Review code, mentor junior/mid members, and promote engineering best practices.
  • Participate in requirement clarification, technical discussions, and client meetings in English.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
    as a Python Backend Developer.
  • Expertise in
    FastAPI
    and
    Django/Django REST Framework
    .
  • Strong understanding of OOP, clean architecture, design patterns.
  • Experience with
    PostgreSQL/MySQL
    ,
    Redis
    , and ORM frameworks.
  • Familiar with
    Docker
    , CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Solid understanding of API security (OAuth2, JWT).
  • Excellent command of
    English
    for working with global clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
