Kỹ sư Phần mềm blockchain (Backend Engineer - nhiều level: middle/senior/lead) chịu trách nhiệm phát triển ứng dụng phân tán cho số lượng người dùng lớn (tầm quốc gia đến toàn thế giới): large scale, high availability, resilience, secure.

Mối quan hệ công việc:

  • Cấp trên trực tiếp: Technical Lead
  • Cấp dưới trực tiếp: không có
  • Phối hợp nội bộ: Quản lý sản phẩm, Phát triển sản phẩm, An ninh Bảo mật, DevOps Hạ tầng
  • Đối tác bên ngoài: không có

Trách nhiệm công việc:

  • Áp dụng công nghệ phân tán để giải quyết các bài toán ứng dụng với số lượng người dùng quốc dân: DID, eInvoice, tracibility, RWA, neobanking, hybrid finance, cross-border payment, privacy preserved data analysis
  • Customize core blockchain L1/L2 để phù hợp với các ứng dụng phân tán
  • Phát triển nền tảng và công cụ quản lý hệ thống blockchain Layer 1 Việt Nam
  • Phát triển, áp dụng các công cụ cryptography, zero-knowledge và data privacy.

Lương, Thưởng, Phụ cấp, Phúc lợi:

  • Lương, Thưởng: Mức lương cạnh tranh, thưởng tháng 13, thưởng hiệu quả công việc, thưởng sáng kiến công việc theo chính sách chung của Công ty.

Điều kiện làm việc:

  • Hình thức làm việc: Chính thức, toàn thời gian.
  • Thời gian làm việc: 9am – 6pm từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6, 9am – 1pm thứ 7.
  • Địa chỉ văn phòng: Tầng 16, Toà nhà Century, Khu đô thị Times City, 458 phố Minh Khai, phường Vĩnh Tuy, Hà Nội.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Yêu cầu bắt buộc (must have):

  • 3+ năm kinh nghiệm Backend development với các sản phẩm số lượng người dùng lớn
  • Thành thạo , Golang hoặc Rust
  • Kinh nghiệm với microservices và distributed systems
  • Thành thạo các công nghệ: NoSQL, Message Queue, RESTful API, gRPC, WebSocket
  • Tiếng Anh đọc viết thành thạo.

Yêu cầu bổ sung (nice to have):

  • Ưu tiên ứng viên sẵn sàng nhận việc sớm
  • Hiểu biết về blockchain, DLT, cryptography và decentralized tech
  • Kinh nghiệm với container (Docker) và orchestration (Kubernetes).
