Executive Assistant to Founder (Admin + Social Coordination)
Location: In-Office (Full-Time)
Minimum 2 years of experience required in a similar role
About the Role
We are hiring a Executive Assistant to support one of our Founders — someone who operates with calm under pressure, handles the moving parts behind the scenes, and ensures the founder's time, presence, and priorities are protected and optimized.
This is not just an admin job — it's a role for someone who is smart, intuitive, emotionally intelligent, and deeply reliable. You'll be responsible for both professional and personal coordination, while also managing social media scheduling and basic PR communication.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the founder's calendar, travel arrangements, appointments, and logistics
Monitor and follow up on emails, messages, and meeting actions
Coordinate events, meetings, or private functions
Handle personal errands and time-sensitive tasks with discretion
Attend business meetings and arrange for necessary follow ups
Founders Brand coordinator
Manage and schedule posts on Instagram and LinkedIn (not content creation)
Maintain a content calendar, track deadlines, and coordinate with designers/copywriters/ content creators
Liaise with media contacts, PR firms, and collaborators for scheduling and follow-ups
Ensure the founder's personal brand presence stays polished and consistent

Requirements
2+ years of experience as a EA, Executive Assistant, or Talent/Brand Coordinator
Experience managing schedules, communications, and logistics for a founder/ C- suites
Familiar with Instagram and LinkedIn tools, and managing social content calendars
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Proficient in Google Suite
Must be in-office and able to work closely with the founder daily
Nice to Have
Background in PR, media, events, or marketing coordination
