Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Go Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using the Go programming language. In this role, you will be responsible for creating robust server-side applications that support real-time functionalities, API integrations, and scalable architectures. The ideal candidate possesses a strong command of Go concepts, is comfortable with modern design patterns and database interactions, and can produce clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement backend systems in Go while ensuring high availability and scalability.

- Design and document system architecture, focusing on efficient data flow, real-time communication, and high concurrency.

- Create and expose RESTful APIs, integrating with external services and managing secure communication.

- Work on database interactions, implementing and optimizing CRUD operations for relational databases.

- Utilize Go design patterns and best practices to write well-structured and testable code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, perform technical assessments, and resolve complex challenges.

- Apply troubleshooting techniques and error handling to maintain application reliability under heavy load.

- Engage in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and architectural designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in Go and a solid understanding of its core concepts such as goroutines, channels, and error handling.

- Experience with backend architectural design, including real-time messaging systems and scalable application design.

- Familiarity with Go design patterns (e.g., Singleton, Factory, Observer, Strategy, and Decorator) and their practical implementation.

- Knowledge of relational database concepts and experience performing CRUD operations, along with an understanding of database connection management and optimization.

- Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and integrating external services.

- Ability to write clear, concise documentation and articulate technical concepts effectively.

- Sound logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for tackling both coding and architectural challenges.
