Responsibilities | Nhiệm vụ chính:

  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports (License tax, VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, etc.) in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
  • Chuẩn bị và nộp các báo cáo thuế hàng tháng, hàng quý và hàng năm (Môn bài, GTGT, TNDN, TNCN, thuế nhà thầu...) theo đúng quy định pháp luật Việt Nam.
  • Ensure accurate and timely tax declarations and payments.
  • Đảm bảo việc kê khai và nộp thuế chính xác, đúng hạn.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during tax inspections and audits.
  • Phối hợp với các phòng ban nội bộ và kiểm toán viên trong các kỳ thanh tra, kiểm tra thuế.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and advise management on potential impacts.
  • Theo dõi các thay đổi trong luật thuế và tư vấn cho ban lãnh đạo về các ảnh hưởng liên quan.
  • Maintain and update tax records and documentation for compliance and internal control.
  • Lưu trữ và cập nhật hồ sơ thuế phục vụ công tác kiểm tra và kiểm soát nội bộ.
  • Communicate with tax authorities and respond to official correspondence when required.
  • Làm việc với cơ quan thuế và phản hồi các công văn khi cần thiết.
  • Support English-language communication with foreign partners, auditors, and tax consultants.
  • Hỗ trợ giao tiếp tiếng Anh với đối tác nước ngoài, kiểm toán viên và chuyên gia tư vấn thuế.

Requirements | Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Có ít nhất 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kế toán thuế, ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc trong ngành sản xuất hoặc dược phẩm.
  • Solid understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Hiểu rõ các quy định thuế và chuẩn mực kế toán Việt Nam.
  • Proficiency in English (especially speaking for business communication).
  • Thành thạo tiếng Anh (đặc biệt là kỹ năng giao tiếp trong môi trường công việc).
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
  • Cẩn thận, trung thực và có khả năng làm việc độc lập.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (SAP, FAST, or similar).
  • Thành thạo phần mềm kế toán (SAP, FAST hoặc tương đương).
