As the purchasing office for fischer fixing systems, fish operates not only in mainland China, also in other parts of Asia such as Taiwan and Vietnam to build competitive, flexible, resilient supply chain for our businesses.

Job Description
  1. Quality control of new projects, support suppliers to solve problems and continually improvement.
  2. Quanlity managment of new project introduction(NPI), including but not limited to,
  • review drawing or SPEC, etc with related departments to determine CTQ (critical to quality).
  • commuciate and confirm CTQ with supplier .
  • intial sample check and testing.
  • process validation
  • review of PPAP documents
  • sample release report to supplier
  • inspection plan for mass production
  1. Supplier audit and development, including but not limited to
  • supplier audit and follow up
  • improve supplier quanlity management system
  • quality problem solving and improve process capability of key characteristics
  • support supplier to develop effective quality control process and template of quality record
  • supplier training
  1. Management of inspection plan, maintenance and update in SAP.
  2. Conduct appearance test, packaging test and dimensional test for fischer products products. Issue inspection report and input inspection data into SAP system.
  3. Conduct mechanical tests and other functional tests of screw products, make the report and input test result in SAP system. 
  4. Rationally plan the priority of work, ensuring delivery on time giving priority to outgoing goods inspection when there is a time conflict.
  5. Reduce product pre-shipment inspection on the condition of guaranteeing product quality through effective APQP procss and supplier devlopment program.
  6. Provide necessary supports for fischer projects in Vietnam. 
  7. Other tasks from line manager.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree or above, with major in mechanical is prefered, at least 3 years experience in supplier quality management.
  2. Familiar with fastener production processes, including stamping, cold forming, machininng, threading, heat treatment, plating, plastic injection, etc.
  3. Familiar with ISO9001 QMS, professional on quality control tools and different measurement equipments, good experience on inspection equipment calibration; familiar with 5 quality tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA) prefered.
  4. Rich experience on supplier audit and familiar with VDA6.3 or ISO9001 system.
  5. Good problem sovling skills by using 8D report, fish-bone and 5 why method.
  6. Farmiliar with project management.
  7. Basic using of oral and written English.
  8. Be willing to travel frequently.
  9. High self-responsibility, rigorous in work and team worker.
Additional Information

This position locates in Vietnam working for fischer Shanghai. He or she reports to SQM manager in fischer Shanghai.

60% of this role supports APQP,  supplier development and supplier audit activities mainly focusing on screw products in VN, and the 40% responsible for incoming inspection.
