in charge of sales operations & customer management including:
1. sales operations
- receive purchase order and follow delivery & payment process with customers.
- work closely with others team for stock allocation.
- in charge of sales & daily stock reports.
2. customer management
- collaborate with the internal team to maximize sales revenue.
- plan and present reports on customer progress and goals.
- build & develop strong relationships with key customers.
- resolve all of customers issues and complaints.
- follow up to ensure all customer's needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
all of other related tasks assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:
1. Education background:
- Undergraduate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/Economics or related major.
2. Working experience:
- No working experience is required.
- Having experience in related position is an advantage.
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation and result oriented.
4. Others:
- Willing to learn and willing to do.
