solution design, feature implementation, and quality assurance

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current technology stacks to define
cross-country digital architecture roadmaps
. - Identify technical gaps and recommend standardized, future-ready solutions.
- Advise business stakeholders on design trade-offs involving
complexity, risks, and resources
. - Act as a
technical liaison and evangelist
, building strong relationships across teams and presenting solutions to stakeholders. - Ensure
architectural compliance
, security, and best practices are maintained across all products. - Produce clear
technical documentation and specifications
for various stakeholder levels. - Support and guide development teams to resolve technical challenges and promote architectural excellence.
Requirements
Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record delivering
resilient, enterprise-scale solutions
with integration patterns. - Strong background in
system resilience, monitoring, analytics, and notifications
. - Hands-on experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS preferred). - Solid understanding of
distributed systems, data stores, and messaging technologies
. - Excellent skills in
technical writing and system documentation
. - Experience in
Fintech or Digital Banking
is highly desirable. - Proficiency in
Java and the Spring Framework
is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum
5 years' experience
in software engineering. - At least
3 years as a Solution Architect
. - Designed and deployed one or more
production-grade systems
. - Strong technical leadership and communication abilities.
- Excellent command of written and spoken
English
.
