We are hiring for a leading global digital asset exchange that is looking for a Business Development Lead to drive growth and market expansion in Vietnam. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for building local strategies, establishing key partnerships, and leading a team to grow the platform's user base. The ideal candidate will have strong blockchain/crypto industry experience, excellent local market knowledge, and proven success in BD leadership roles.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and refine localized business development strategies for Vietnam to align with global business goals
  • Expand local partnerships with spot trading communities, KOLs, and institutional partners to drive user growth
  • Lead the execution of both online and offline marketing/BD activities, ensuring alignment with global branding initiatives
  • Build and manage a high-performing local BD team, ensuring achievement of revenue and ROI targets
  • Act as a key representative for the company in Vietnam, maintaining strong business and community relationships
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to adapt offerings to the needs of the Vietnamese market

Requirements

  • 5+ years of BD/Marketing experience, with proven success in managing teams
  • Strong background in blockchain, crypto exchanges, or financial services
  • Expertise in spot/derivatives trading and growth strategies
  • Proficiency in Chinese or English plus Vietnamese is required
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
