Description

  1. Strategic Recruitment Leadership / Lãnh đạo chiến lược tuyển dụng

    • Develop and implement long-term recruitment strategies to attract top-tier agency candidates across General, Elite, and Exchange/Exchange Pro segments.

    • Set clear recruitment goals aligned with business objectives and ensure consistent execution across national and regional levels.

    • Phát triển và triển khai các chiến lược tuyển dụng dài hạn để thu hút các ứng viên đại lý hàng đầu trên các phân khúc General, Elite, và Exchange/Exchange Pro.

    • Đặt ra các mục tiêu tuyển dụng rõ ràng phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh và đảm bảo thực hiện nhất quán trên toàn quốc và khu vực.

  2. Recruitment Campaign Innovation / Đổi mới chiến dịch tuyển dụng

    • Oversee the design and execution of innovative recruitment campaigns that leverage digital platforms, social media, and other modern tools to maximize reach and engagement.

    • Continuously refine campaign strategies based on market trends and candidate feedback.

    • Giám sát việc thiết kế và triển khai các chiến dịch tuyển dụng sáng tạo, tận dụng các nền tảng kỹ thuật số, mạng xã hội và các công cụ hiện đại khác để tối đa hóa phạm vi tiếp cận và sự tham gia.

    • Liên tục cải tiến chiến lược chiến dịch dựa trên xu hướng thị trường và phản hồi từ ứng viên.

  3. Recruiter Development & Enablement / Phát triển và hỗ trợ đội ngũ tuyển dụng

    • Lead initiatives to professionalize recruiter skills through advanced training programs, toolkits, and coaching frameworks.

    • Establish a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the recruitment team.

    • Dẫn dắt các sáng kiến nhằm chuyên nghiệp hóa kỹ năng của đội ngũ tuyển dụng thông qua các chương trình đào tạo nâng cao, bộ công cụ và khung huấn luyện.

    • Xây dựng văn hóa học hỏi và cải tiến liên tục trong đội ngũ tuyển dụng.

  4. Data-Driven Decision Making / Quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu

    • Monitor and analyze recruitment funnel metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, M0 performance) to identify areas for improvement.

    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.

    • Theo dõi và phân tích các chỉ số funnel tuyển dụng (ví dụ: tạo lead, tỷ lệ chuyển đổi, hiệu suất M0) để xác định các lĩnh vực cần cải thiện.

    • Cung cấp các phân tích và khuyến nghị có thể thực hiện được để tối ưu hóa quy trình và kết quả tuyển dụng.

  5. Governance & Quality Assurance / Quản trị và đảm bảo chất lượng

    • Enforce governance standards and candidate qualification criteria to maintain high recruitment quality.

    • Collaborate with the Head of Recruitment to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    • Thực thi các tiêu chuẩn quản trị và tiêu chí đánh giá ứng viên để duy trì chất lượng tuyển dụng cao.

    • Phối hợp với Trưởng bộ phận Tuyển dụng để đảm bảo tuân thủ các chính sách của công ty và quy định ngành.

  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration / Phối hợp liên chức năng

    • Partner with Sales, Training, and Digital teams to enhance recruiter engagement and improve the overall candidate experience.

    • Act as a key liaison between recruitment and other business units to align strategies and drive organizational success.

    • Hợp tác với các đội ngũ Bán hàng, Đào tạo và Kỹ thuật số để nâng cao sự gắn kết của đội ngũ tuyển dụng và cải thiện trải nghiệm tổng thể của ứng viên.

    • Đóng vai trò là cầu nối chính giữa tuyển dụng và các đơn vị kinh doanh khác để điều chỉnh chiến lược và thúc đẩy thành công của tổ chức.

Qualifications

  • Agency Recruitment Leadership: 10+ years in agency business, with at least 5 years in senior recruitment management roles.

  • Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and execute long-term recruitment strategies.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Extensive experience working with Sales, Training, Operations, and Digital teams.

  • Data-driven Expertise: Advanced skills in analyzing recruitment funnel data and driving actionable improvements.

  • Communication & Coaching Skills: Exceptional presentation, training, and coaching capabilities to inspire and develop teams.

  • Bilingual Ability: Fluency in English and Vietnamese for effective business communication.

  • Growth & Learning Agility: Strong adaptability to new methods, tools, and digital recruitment platforms.
