Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee local HR operations, ensuring compliance with Vietnam labour laws and company policies.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labour laws (e.g., Vietnam Labour Code) and ISO standards.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and communicate these to management.
- Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
- Work with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and best practices.
- Provide assistance and coordination with the payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, and assist in recruitment when required.
- Maintain employee records, benefits administration, and contract documentation.
- Advise management on local employment laws and policy updates.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives.
Requiremen
- tsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fiel
- d.At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a multinational or regional setu
- p.Strong knowledge of Vietnam labour laws and statutory complianc
- e.Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- s.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independentl
- y.Effectively bilingual in business-level English and at least one local language for effective communication with local stakeholder
