General Responsibilities

• Collect and understand customer requirements in the field of financial and accounting management, and consolidate the unit's financial reports.
• There is a requirement for the ability to analyze and propose appropriate solutions, model processes, document requirements and receive authentic information for customers.
• Consulting, developing, training, and guiding customers to solve problems related to financial control and financial reporting consolidation.
• Understand and model requirements related to financial control, consolidate financial reports to communicate to the application development team

Requirements

• Specialize:

• Graduated from University or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related fields.

• Having experience working in the audit field is an advantage.
• Have knowledge of Finance and Accounting, consolidating financial reports. Master the data logic from accounting, finance to financial reporting consolidation.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting. Experience in financial control, auditing or financial consolidation is an advantage.

• Have experience in handling and controlling financial consolidation issues, such as: Identifying and eliminating Revenue, costs, and internal debt; Deferral and Allocation of Internal Profits; Consolidation of investment capital; Commercial advantage management; Deferred CIT; Consolidated Financial Report Expenditures and Notes to the Consolidated Financial Report.

• Communication skills: Good communication skills to grasp customer requirements, communicate issues clearly and logically, and be able to model requirements and business processes.

• Technology skills: Have proficient computer skills, be good at using software to support accounting and financial control such as: accounting software, word, excel, …

• Analytical skills: Analytical skills so that customer business needs are properly understood and accurately communicated into applications. On the other hand, Pre-sale work sometimes requires analyzing data, documents, survey results with first users and work processes to determine the processing process to fix business problems. Strong analytical skills are an advantage.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills: Find a balance between personal desires and business needs, and then interact with a variety of constituencies toward a solution that works across the board Doing business requires professional persuasion skills
