RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Lập kế hoạch & Dự báo
Xây dựng 
dự báo hàng tháng/quý
 (doanh thu, lợi nhuận gộp, chi phí hoạt động) dựa trên các 
mô hình theo yếu tố thúc đẩy (driver-based models)
.

Hỗ trợ 
kế hoạch năm (AOP)
 và 
dự phóng cửa hàng mới (NSO)
 theo 3 kịch bản: cơ sở / lạc quan / thận trọng.

2. Phân tích hiệu suất
Chuẩn bị 
P&L cửa hàng
 và 
phân tích chênh lệch
 (do giá, cơ cấu hàng, sản lượng, khuyến mãi, hàng hết hạn, hao hụt...).

Theo dõi 
hiệu quả ROI của chương trình khuyến mãi & khách hàng thân thiết
, xác định hoạt động có hiệu quả thấp.

Duy trì 
bảng biên lợi nhuận SKU
 (giá niêm yết → điều khoản nhà cung cấp → hàng khuyến mãi → chiết khấu → thất thoát).

Giám sát các chỉ số: 
tỷ lệ lao động (labor%)
, 
DSO (bệnh viện)
, 
tuổi tồn kho
.

3. Hỗ trợ ra quyết định
Xây dựng 
mô hình đơn giản
 cho các quyết định như: di dời/đóng cửa hàng, thử nghiệm khuyến mãi (mẫu NPV, thời gian hoàn vốn).

Tạo 
bản trình bày ngắn gọn & one-pager hàng tuần
 cho các bộ phận liên quan, kèm 
kế hoạch hành động cụ thể
.

Phối hợp dữ liệu
 với Kế toán / SCM / Danh mục / đảm bảo tính nhất quán và đúng thời điểm cắt dữ liệu.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Tài chính / Kế toán / Kinh tế, GPA ≥ 3.5/4. Có chứng chỉ MBA / CPA / CFA là lợi thế.
  • 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm trong FP&A / tài chính thương mại, ưu tiên lĩnh vực bán lẻ, hàng tiêu dùng nhanh (CPG) hoặc mô hình nhiều điểm bán.
  • Thành thạo Excel / Google Sheets (hàm tra cứu, Pivot, Power Query), Power BI (DAX cơ bản), SQL cơ bản (joins).
  • Hiểu rõ toán học bán lẻ (traffic, conversion, AOV, mix) và biên lợi nhuận SKU.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp rõ ràng, tư duy có cấu trúc, ưu tiên tự động hóa và chuẩn hóa quy trình.
