WE'RE HIRING — CHIEF ACCOUNTANT (HCMC)
District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
A foreign-invested trading company is looking for a Chief Accountant
to lead the Finance–Accounting team and ensure compliance, accuracy, and strong financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full accounting operations: AR/AP, cash flow, bank credit limit, month-end closing, and financial statements (VAS).
- Manage a small accounting team; review invoices, posting, FAST entries, and reporting accuracy.
- Work directly with banks on credit limits, payment orders, and loan procedures.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT).
- Prepare weekly reports, financial planning, and support internal management reports.
- Ensure compliance, maintain internal controls, and support documentation for annual audit.
Requirements
- 10+ years of accounting experience
, including
2+ years in a Chief Accountant/Accounting Manager role
. - Strong knowledge of VAS, tax regulations, cash flow, AR/AP, and banking procedures.
- Good English communication.
- Experience with FAST or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Solid leadership, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
