Requirements:

  • Female candidate

  • Graduate (College/University)

  • Computer literate – Excel, email, office tools

  • Fluent English and Vietnamese bilingual

  • Valid passport holder (travel-ready)

  • 3–10 years proven experience in furniture export/import, merchandising, production follow-up, or factory coordination

  • Strong communication, reporting, problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle pressureResponsibilities:

  • Manage the full furniture export/import merchandising process

  • Coordinate with factories, suppliers, QA/QC teams, and overseas clients

  • Follow production, timelines, and quality checkpoints
    • Handle documentation for export/import and logistics

  • Travel domestically or internationally as required

  • Thông thạo máy tính, đặc biệt Excel, email, phần mềm văn phòng

  • Tiếng Anh thành thạo (nghe – nói – đọc – viết) và biết tiếng Việt tốt

  • Có hộ chiếu hợp lệ (ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm đi công tác nước ngoài)

  • Tối thiểu 3–10 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành nội thất: xuất nhập khẩu, sản xuất, theo dõi đơn hàng, làm việc với nhà máy

  • Khả năng làm việc độc lập, theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất, kiểm soát chất lượng và làm việc với đối tác quốc tế

  • Cẩn thận, chủ động, giao tiếp tốt, chịu được áp lực công việcMô Tả Công Việc:

  • Quản lý toàn bộ quy trình xuất nhập khẩu nội thất từ khâu phát triển mẫu, báo giá, sản xuất đến vận chuyển

  • Làm việc trực tiếp với nhà máy, xưởng mộc, QA/QC, và khách hàng nước ngoài

  • Theo dõi tiến độ đơn hàng, lập báo cáo, xử lý sự cố sản xuất hoặc chất lượng

  • Chuẩn bị tài liệu xuất nhập khẩu, phối hợp với nhân viên logistics

  • Đi công tác trong nước và nước ngoài khi cần
