Key responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
Manage strategic initiatives, including research, data
evaluation, and report development. Ensure effective execution and timely delivery of
organizational priorities.
2. Meeting Coordination
: Coordinate and oversee meetings by formulating agendas,
synthesizing key materials, documenting strategic points, and monitoring follow-up
actions.
3. Communication Management:
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders.
Direct communications, filter priorities, and ensure clarity across channels.
4. Relationship Building:
Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with
employees, clients, and partners. Facilitate collaboration and strengthen executive
alignment.
5. Confidentiality:
Safeguard sensitive information with discretion and uphold
professional standards of governance.
6. Administrative Support:
Oversee the CEO's calendar, coordinate engagements, and
administer travel logistics. Draft, refine, and optimize executive documents and
presentations.
Competencies:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
● Data-Oriented: Strong capacity to analyze and interpret data, evaluate insights, and
inform decision-making. Proficient in data management tools and software.
● Problem-Solving: Skilled in diagnosing issues, applying critical thinking, and designing
effective solutions. Proactive in anticipating challenges and mitigating risks.
● Open-Minded: Adaptable to new ideas and approaches; able to integrate diverse
perspectives and foster innovation.
● Hardworking: Demonstrated resilience in managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and
advancing organizational objectives.
● Languages: Advanced communication in English.

● 100% Salary and allowances for 2-month Probation
