Customer Support Telesales Executive
 to join our growing team in the 
beauty & health industry
.

Working Address:
 145B Nguyen Dinh Chinh, Phu Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Time:
 8:00 PM 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)


Working Days:
 5 days/week (Saturday & Sunday off)

Salary Range:
 13-16 million VND (Gross)

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 
    outbound calls
     to 
    nail salon owners and managers in the US
     to introduce and promote company products/services.
  • Provide 
    professional customer support
     through inbound calls and messages.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Manage and update customer information and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned 
    sales and customer satisfaction targets
    .
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • Excellent 
    English communication skills
     (both spoken and written).
  • 1-2 years of experience
     in Telesales, customer support, or inside sales (B2B preferred).
  • Experience working with 
    US clients or in night shifts
     is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Target-driven, confident, and enthusiastic about customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
