Facilities Engineer

Position:Facility Engineer(Location:Ho Chi Minh City)
The Facility Engineer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the company's technical infrastructure, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations of all building systems, utilities, and equipment. This role supports sustainable production, cost optimization, and compliance with environmental, safety, and fire protection standards.
I–Key Responsibilities
Facility and System Management(35%)
Operate, inspect, and maintain all infrastructure systems: electricity, water, HVAC,air compressor,fire protection, and wastewater treatment.
Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure operational reliability.
Maintenance and Repair(25%)
Perform or coordinate corrective maintenance and repairs when issues occur.
Analyze root causes of breakdowns and implement preventive actions.
Contractor and Project Management(15%)
Supervise infrastructure construction, installation, and renovation projects.
Review technical drawings,monitor progress,and verify quality and safety compliance.
Safety and Compliance(10%)
Ensure all systems comply with safety,fire prevention, and environmental regulations.
Cooperate with relevant authorities and internal EHS teams for inspections and audits.
Energy Management and Cost Optimization(10%)
Monitor energy and water consumption to identify saving opportunities.
Propose system improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Reporting and Documentation(5%)
Prepare periodic reports on equipment performance, energy usage, and maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate technical drawings, equipment data, and maintenance records.
II–Requirements
Education & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Facility Engineering.
2–3+ years of experience in facility or maintenance engineering in factories or industrial settings.
Strong technical knowledge of power systems, HVAC, water supply, and fire protection.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Personal Attributes:
Responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Able to work independently, under pressure, and handle urgent technical issues.
