Job Description
As an Assistant Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing accurate financial reports and statements in compliance with regulations.
  • Managing the budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
  • Overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Performing financial analysis to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to streamline accounting processes.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior finance team members.
  • Monitoring financial performance and reporting any variances to senior management.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Finance Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory control
  • Conversational in Mandarin (mandatory); English and Vietnamese preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
