Nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu phát triển văn phòng, và thực hiện những công trình thiết kế hàng đầu ở Việt Nam và quốc tế trong lĩnh vực trung tâm hội nghị quốc tế, Hotel&Resort, nhà hàng, biệt thự căn hộ cá nhân cao cấp me+ tuyển dụng các vị trí kiến trúc sư.

Yêu cầu
:

  • Tối thiểu bằng cử nhân Kiến trúc, Nội thất của các đại học chuyên ngành.
  • Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thiết kế kiến trúc, nội thất.
  • Khả năng chịu được áp lực công việc cao.
  • Kỹ năng thiết kế nội thất và ngoại thất.
  • Đã từng thực hiện các hồ sơ Thiết kế kỹ thuật.
  • Có khả năng làm việc nhóm.
  • Giao tiếp lưu loát.
  • Có kỹ năng quản lý công việc được giao.
  • Thành thạo các phần mềm: Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, MS Office.
  • Thành thạo Lumion là một lợi thế.
  • Khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh lưu loát là một lợi thế.

Trách nhiệm công việc:

  • Tuân thủ lịch trình dự án và nỗ lực đạt được kết quả chất lượng cao.
  • Thực hiện bản vẽ các giai đoạn, render và các sản phẩm đầu ra khác của dự án.
  • Trình bày ý kiến cá nhân trước nhóm dự án, khách hàng.
  • Đóng góp ý tưởng phù hợp với mục tiêu và mục đích của dự án.
  • Hỗ trợ nghiên cứu bối cảnh dự án, nghiên cứu thiết kế và phát triển các chi tiết kiến trúc.
  • Tham gia các chuyến khảo sát thực địa và hỗ trợ việc triển khai thiết kế kiến trúc.
  • Liên lạc với các nhà thầu phụ để làm rõ và giải thích các thiết kế kiến trúc.
  • Làm việc với nhà cung cấp nếu có.
  • Hợp tác chặt chẽ với các thành viên trong nhóm để giải quyết mọi vấn đề kịp thời.

Thời gian làm việc: giờ hành chính, từ thứ 2 - thứ 7
