Mô tả công việc

  • Thiết kế, xây dựng và tối ưu hệ thống backend cho OMS/WMS/TMS theo kiến trúc microservice.
  • Phân tích & xử lý các bài toán high-scale, high-concurrency, đảm bảo scalability & high availability.
  • Thiết kế & triển khai job system: đồng bộ & bất đồng bộ (async tasks, worker queues, batch jobs, real-time event streaming).
  • Thiết kế & phát triển API chuẩn REST/OpenAPI, dễ dàng mở rộng và tích hợp với hệ sinh thái ERP/CRM/eCommerce.
  • Refactor các hệ thống monolithic hiện tại sang modular/microservice.
  • Làm việc chặt chẽ với team Data/DevOps để triển khai hệ thống distributed, cloud-native.
  • Tham gia vào quá trình code review, mentoring cho các thành viên backend junior/middle.
  • Đề xuất và áp dụng best practices về coding, testing, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, security.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • 3–5+ năm kinh nghiệm backend.
  • Thành thạo một trong các ngôn ngữ backend hiện đại: Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) hoặc Golang (ưu tiên Golang nếu có kinh nghiệm thực tế ở môi trường high-scale).
  • Hiểu sâu về kiến trúc microservice, event-driven system, messaging queue (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery, Redis queue).
  • Có kinh nghiệm với cloud environment (AWS, GCP, hoặc DigitalOcean), CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Kinh nghiệm xử lý high-scale system: concurrent requests, async jobs, database sharding/replication, caching (Redis/Memcached).
  • Hiểu sâu về PostgreSQL/MySQL (query tối ưu, transaction, indexing, partitioning).
  • Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng observability stack (logging, monitoring, tracing).
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm trong lĩnh vực e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment.
  • Kỹ năng phân tích & giải quyết vấn đề hệ thống phức tạp, tư duy "scale & reliability first".
  • Giao tiếp tốt, sẵn sàng mentoring team junior/middle.
