1. Job Description:
Develop and Execute Affiliate Channel Strategy
- Design affiliate growth strategies aligned with the company's business and e-commerce direction.
- Establish operational workflows, partnership policies, reporting systems, and transparent commission structures.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry movements to optimize the operating model and attract high-quality partners.
Recruit, Manage, and Develop Partner Network
- Identify, approach, and collaborate with KOLs, KOCs, and sales partners.
- Build long-term relationships and provide operational support to partners.
- Organize training programs to help partners understand products, brand messages, and sales techniques.
- Manage and develop the affiliate team: assign KPIs, provide coaching, and evaluate performance.
- Foster a creative, proactive, and result-oriented working environment.
Build and Engage the Affiliate Community
- Create and manage community groups (Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, etc.) for partners.
- Organize engagement activities such as workshops, webinars, mini-games, leaderboards, and success story sharing.
- Provide support resources (case studies, guides, viral content) to help partners improve conversion rates and sales performance.
Implement Sales Campaigns and Measure Performance
- Collaborate with Marketing & E-commerce teams on Flash Sales, promotions, and product launch campaigns.
- Analyze data and continuously propose optimization solutions to ensure sustainable growth.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize multi-channel efficiency.
2. Job Requirement:
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Partnership Development.
- Proven experience in building and scaling Affiliate/KOL/KOC systems from scratch.
- Strong understanding of Affiliate Networks, Social Commerce, and the Influencer Economy.
- Proficient in tracking tools, data analysis, and community management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, strategic thinking, and motivational skills.
- Preferably has a strong network in FMCG or Home Appliance industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
