About the Role
We're looking for an
IT Helpdesk
to join our on-site team in Bình Thạnh. You'll be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for office staff, ensuring all systems and devices run smoothly. This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills, customer service mindset, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide
first-level IT support
for employees (hardware, software, network, and account access issues). - Set up and maintain
laptops, printers, routers, and other IT equipment
. - Support
installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
of Windows/macOS systems and standard business applications. - Manage
user accounts and access permissions
(Google Workspace, Office 365, VPN, etc.). - Coordinate with vendors and external IT service providers when necessary.
- Maintain
asset inventory
and ensure compliance with company IT policies. - Support
meeting room equipment
, video conferencing tools, and local Wi-Fi network. - Report and document issues, incidents, and resolutions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk or related roles.
- Good understanding of
Windows OS
,
macOS
, and basic
networking (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP, DNS)
. - Familiar with
Google Workspace
,
Microsoft 365
, or similar business tools. - Basic knowledge of
security practices
(password management, antivirus, data backup). - Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work
onsite full-time
in Bình Thạnh District. - (Optional) Basic English reading/writing for technical documentation.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience supporting hybrid environments (cloud-based tools, VPNs, remote access).
- Familiar with IT asset management tools or ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Freshservice, Zoho Desk).
