Responsibilities and Duties

· Participate in software development projects for Japanese clients.

· Communicate directly with Japanese customers through meetings, reports, chats, and emails.

· Actively coordinate with clients to clarify and gather detailed requirements.

· Understand client needs and effectively communicate requirements to the Project teams.

· Manage projects or closely collaborate with the Project Manager to monitor progress and control quality.

· Perform final checks on products to ensure they meet client requirements.

· Handle other tasks as assigned by managers/leader.

Your skills and experiences

· Japanese language proficiency at N2–N1 level, with confidence in communication and collaboration with Japanese clients.

· Strong passion and interest in Information Technology.

· Clear orientation toward long-term career development in the IT field.

· Preferred candidates with experience studying, working, or living in Japan.

· Experience working in an IT company is an advantage.

· Additional experience in this role or in related positions such as QC, BrSE, etc., is a big plus.

· Quick learner with the ability to absorb new knowledge and technologies.

· Strong communication skills.

· Ability to multitask effectively.

· High sense of responsibility and ownership.

· Capable of building and maintaining good relationships with team members and clients.
