Job Summary:

We are seeking a
Senior Expert, Project Management
to lead and support governance, execution, and strategic alignment for the
Technology, Data & AI workstream
within a large-scale infrastructure program. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies and data-driven solutions to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Technology & AI Workstream Leadership

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of projects focused on
    technology platforms, data architecture, and AI-driven solutions
    .
  • Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with overall program objectives and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and AI teams to implement innovative solutions.

Project Monitoring & Oversight

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze information from relevant parties.
  • Monitor project progress, scope, risks, and resource utilization.
  • Supervise implementation quality based on established standards and KPIs/OKRs.
  • Provide regular reporting and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Cross-Workstream Issue Analysis

  • Evaluate and analyze interrelated issues across workstreams that may impact overall project progress and planning.

Project Reporting & Communication

  • Act as the central coordination point for project-related communication among stakeholders.
  • Deliver dashboards, progress charts, risk matrices, and other tools to ensure transparency and accessibility.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Data Science, or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in
    technology or data-driven project management
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    AI/ML concepts
    , data platforms, and emerging technology trends.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • PMP, Agile, or similar certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience in
    large-scale technology implementation
    , preferably in infrastructure or smart systems.
  • Familiarity with
    AI applications
    , data governance, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Background in managing complex stakeholder environments and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Former consultants from McKinsey, BCG, or similar firms with experience in
    technology strategy or AI-driven business models
    are highly valued.
