SENIOR LEGAL EXECUTIVE (SOCIAL COMMERCE)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a
Senior Legal Executive
to join our team and take ownership of legal matters related to
import–export, trading, manufacturing, processing and supply chain operations
in both domestic and international markets. This role works closely with business teams to ensure legal compliance while enabling business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Legal Advisory & Contracts

  • Provide legal advice on import–export, trading, manufacturing, processing and supply chain activities;
  • Draft, review and negotiate MOUs, contracts, agreements and other legal documents related to domestic and international trading and supply of goods;
  • Develop, update and standardize contract templates in compliance with applicable laws;
  • Advise on legal procedures to ensure goods are legally eligible for market circulation;
  • Support and participate in contract negotiations with partners and suppliers;
  • Handle and resolve contract-related disputes and claims.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Build and improve internal legal compliance and control procedures for sales and supply activities;
  • Proactively identify legal risks in business operations and propose mitigation solutions.

Legal Updates & Training

  • Monitor and update legal and regulatory changes relevant to business operations;
  • Support internal legal trainings and workshops.

Corporate Legal Affairs

  • Manage internal legal documentation;
  • Handle corporate registration, business and investment-related procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in law firms and/or in-house legal roles;
  • Experience in
    FMCG, Retail, Import–Export
    is a strong advantage;
  • Solid knowledge of laws governing domestic and international trading and supply of goods;
  • Strong understanding of
    Incoterms, Commercial Law, Investment Law and relevant international laws
    ;
  • Knowledge of Advertising Law and E-commerce Law is a plus;
  • Good command of
    legal English
    , especially in drafting international sales contracts;
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, business-minded and able to work cross-functionally.
