MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. Số hóa học liệu & vận hành LMS (40%)

  • Xây dựng kịch bản và số hóa nội dung eLearning.
  • Quản trị LMS: đăng tải khóa học, phân quyền học viên, theo dõi tiến độ, xử lý feedback, xuất báo cáo.
  • Phát triển thư viện học liệu nội bộ & tối ưu UX học tập.
  • Nghiên cứu công nghệ mới nhằm nâng cấp mô hình đào tạo trực tuyến.

2. Tổ chức – vận hành đào tạo (30%)

  • Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các chương trình: onboarding, kỹ năng mềm, đào tạo chuyên môn.
  • Trực tiếp đứng lớp: hội nhập + kỹ năng mềm cơ bản.
  • Thu thập phản hồi, phân tích dữ liệu, đề xuất tối ưu nội dung & format.

3. Thiết kế chương trình & học liệu (17%)

  • Khảo sát nhu cầu đào tạo với các phòng ban.
  • Xây dựng nội dung hiện đại – dễ ứng dụng.
  • Thiết kế học liệu đa dạng: slide, tài liệu, infographic, video, microlearning,…

4. Thúc đẩy văn hoá học tập (10%)

  • Kết nối đầu mối đào tạo các đơn vị.
  • Triển khai hoạt động thúc đẩy văn hoá tự học – chia sẻ tri thức.

5. Báo cáo (3%)

  • Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ theo yêu cầu quản lý.

YÊU CẦU

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành phù hợp.
  • Tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm tương đương.
  • Ưu tiên: đã vận hành LMS; sử dụng thành thạo Canva, Articulate, iSpring.
  • Kỹ năng: giao tiếp, đàm phán, lập kế hoạch, quản lý thời gian.
  • Tiếng Anh cơ bản; tác phong nhanh nhạy – linh hoạt – trách nhiệm.
