We are recruiting one Quantitative Research Executive to support our growth in Vietnam

1 . PURPOSE

  • To be the quality pillar of the team, through an effective management of research projects.

2 . RESPONSIBILITY

  • Supervised by 1 Senior Executive or Associate Research Manager or Research Manager.
  • Work independently on different types of projects, different methodologies.
  • Coordinate market research projects from project commissioning to presentation of results.
  • Promote teamwork & build a positive internal relationship.
  • Interact effectively with Operation team.
  • Daily contact with clients when it comes to execution.
  • Positively receive feedback from clients.
  • Learn and master the fundamentals of market research.
  • Start managing client relationship and expectations and you will aim to answer their business objectives.
  • Build a positive internal relationship.

3 . QUALIFICATIONS

Background:

  • At least 1 - 2 years experience in market research / researcher is a major advantage.
  • Computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel mainly).
  • Knowledge of basic statistics is an advantage.
  • Soft skills:
  • Good communication skills, written and oral, Vietnamese and English.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Very good time management skills.

Personality:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Proactive / Self-motivated
  • Curious

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Business, Social Science, Statistics or related studies.
