The school now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
English Language & Literature: MYP and DP
to join our fantastic team.

We are seeking an experienced MYP/DP English Language & Literature teacher who is passionate about inquiry, literary craft, and the power of language to shape identity and meaning. The ideal candidate is a reflective practitioner who embraces student voice and utilises a diverse range of texts, including classics, contemporary works, multimodal texts, and global perspectives, to deepen students' analytical and creative capacities.

This role offers significant scope to shape and refine both the written and taught curriculum in collaboration with a dynamic MYP/DP team. Our department is highly collaborative: we plan together, share best practices, co-develop resources, and regularly reflect on our pedagogical approaches. The successful candidate will actively contribute to this culture of open communication and collective growth.

The position requires a teacher who can foster a classroom environment grounded in belonging and differentiated practice. A commitment to meaningful technology integration would be an asset.

You will inspire students to read critically, write with purpose, and engage with complex ideas. You will support learners in developing nuanced interpretations, sophisticated essay structures, and confidence in oral communication.
