I. Mô tả công việc

  • Tham gia phát triển và bảo trì một dự án bảo hiểm lớn cho thị trường Nhật Bản trong mô hình labo (5-20 dev)
  • Làm việc trực tiếp với source code Frontend (Augular 8) và Backend (Java) đã có sẵn từ phía khách hàng.
  • Trong quá trình phát triển có thể phát sinh các Change Request (CR) liên quan đến xử lý API, luồng chức năng → cần khả năng làm fullstack để xử lý linh hoạt.

II. Yêu cầu

Must have

  • Có từ 5 kinh nghiệm làm việc với Java (Spring Boot hoặc tương đương).
  • Có kinh nghiệm đọc hiểu và làm việc dựa trên source code cũ / legacy code.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, biết báo cáo rõ ràng, làm việc đúng quy trình.
  • Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường outsourcing Nhật Bản hoặc biết cách làm việc với khách hàng Nhật.

Nice
to have

  • Ưu tiên am hiểu hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tế với Angular 8.
  • Có khả năng làm việc fullstack (FE + BE), tự quản lý tiến độ công việc khi làm độc lập.
  • Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các dự án bảo hiểm lớn hoặc domain tương đương
  • Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các công cụ quản lý task như JIRA, Redmine, quản lý source code bằng GitLab/GitHub.
  • Biết tiếng Nhật (đọc hiểu tài liệu đơn giản hoặc trao đổi qua chat).
  • Kinh nghiệm viết tài liệu kỹ thuật hoặc tài liệu test là lợi thế.
  • Có kinh nghiệm đề xuất cải tiến UI/UX hoặc refactor code.
