Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Inbound Sales position located in Hanoi. The Senior Inbound Sales representative will be responsible for managing incoming sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include communicating effectively with potential clients, supporting customers throughout the sales process, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong experiences on Mice, Incentives
  • Sales skills and the ability to close deals
  • Effective Communication and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, or related field
