VI. Job descriptions

• Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure on GCP or AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) principles, with a focus on Terraform.
• Experience implementing security for microservices, including mTLS, service-to-service authentication, and secure secret management.
• Implement and manage GCP or AWS services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, Cloud Functions, and others to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Monitor, analyze and alert system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues to maintain uptime and performance.
• Use infrastructure as code and the best of methods and tools in DevOps to innovate and keep improving.
• Operate and maintain
  Kubernetes clusters (GKE) to support microservices-based architecture

VII. Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in a similar DevOps role, preferably as part of a SaaS product team. You can demonstrate the significant impact your work has had on the product and/or the team.
• Minimum of 1 years experience with GCP or AWS technologies and services.
• Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) principles.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and patterns.
• Proven experience in setting up and maintaining GCP or AWS services like GKE, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, Cloud Functions, etc.
• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes (GKE) and managing microservices in production environments.
• Knowledge of GCP or AWS security best practices, including IAM, Security Command Center, Firewall rules, and VPC configurations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and tools.
• GCP or AWS Professional Cloud Architect or GCP or AWS Professional DevOps Engineer certification is mandatory.
• AWS experience and certifications are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Go and Node software engineering experience is good to have. Kubernetes skills and experience are valued.
• Experience implementing security for microservices, including mTLS, service-to-service authentication, and secure secret management.
