RESPONSIBILITIES


• Administer the Salesforce and Genesys system: user creation, permission management, object configuration,

workflows, and reporting.


• Support business teams with change requests and system enhancements.


• Collaborate with development teams to deploy new features and resolve system issues.


• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.


• Manage data operations: import/export, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity and security.


• Assist with testing (UAT) and deployment of system updates.


• Coordinate with vendor or third-party providers or Salesforce MA service for operation support when needed.

REQUIREMENTS


• Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration or consulting.


• Strong understanding of Salesforce modules such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Finance Service Cloud

(preferred).


• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.


• Prior experience in large enterprise environments or financial/insurance sectors is preferred.
