Key Responsibilities:

Thiết kế và tối ưu hình ảnh listing, infographic, A+ Content và Amazon Frontstore theo đúng guideline.

Tạo video giới thiệu sản phẩm, video ads ngắn giúp tăng mức độ tương tác và thúc đẩy chuyển đổi.

Phối hợp cùng team Content Sellers để xây dựng concept listing tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm mua hàng.

Phân tích các chỉ số performance (CTR, CR) và đề xuất cải thiện dựa trên dữ liệu.

Sáng tạo concept visual cho các chiến dịch seasonal, promotion, và brand-building.

Đảm bảo tất cả assets đều tuân thủ chuẩn hình ảnh của Amazon và Branding guidelines.

Requirements:

Kinh nghiệm thiết kế e-commerce, ưu tiên Amazon hoặc marketplace khác.

Biết về Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva Pro; có kỹ năng dựng video ngắn (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Canva Video).

Có khả năng dùng AI hỗ trợ công việc.

Có mindset marketing: hiểu cách thiết kế ảnh/video tăng CTR, conversion; thấu hiểu về khách hàng mục tiêu.

Có portfolio thể hiện các sản phẩm e-commerce, listing mockups, banner ads, video marketing là một lợi thế.

Tư duy tốt về storytelling, cảm xúc hình ảnh.

Tinh thần team-work, chịu áp lực deadline, tốc độ và linh hoạt.

Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm nâng cao doanh số bằng design trên Amazon.

Nice to Have:

Hiểu SEO Amazon: keyword và A+ content design.

Kinh nghiệm với brand identity hoặc motion graphics.

Có kiến thức về UX/UI, behavioral psychology trong e-commerce.

Mức lương đãi ngộ: up to 20 triệu.

Được review lương 1 lần/năm.

Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt: 8:00 - 11:30 và 13:30 - 17:30, từ thứ Hai đến thứ Sáu (nghỉ thứ bảy, chủ nhật).
