About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled S
enior Investment Manager
to lead the company's liquidity and investment activities. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO to design our liquidity framework, build an investment program, and execute fixed-income and DCM-related deals. This is a high-impact position offering exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape the company's long-term capital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Investment & Liquidity Management

  • Manage the company's cash balance to achieve optimal risk-adjusted returns (internal data, not for public disclosure).
  • Work with the CFO to design a comprehensive system/process to track enterprise-wide liquidity needs across operational, risk-buffer, and strategic purposes.
  • Develop and maintain investment programs to maximize safe and sustainable yields.

Deal Sourcing & Execution

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of yield-enhancing investment opportunities through relationships with banks, securities firms, funds, and institutional investors.
  • Lead negotiation, structuring, and execution of investment transactions across fixed-income instruments and treasury products.
  • Represent the company in Debt Capital Markets (DCM)-related activities, including bank financing arrangements, bond issuances, and similar transactions.

Stakeholder Management & Advisory

  • Act as a key financial advisor to senior leadership on liquidity strategy, capital allocation, and portfolio risk assessment.
  • Coordinate with external advisors, investment partners, rating agencies, and financial institutions to support investment decision-making.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on investment analysis, market monitoring, financial modeling, and execution discipline.
  • Build a high-performing investment team aligned with the company's financial objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong experience and network in Debt Capital Markets (DCM), fixed-income investment, and relevant institutional investment communities.
  • Proven ability in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk-return optimization.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering strong, risk-adjusted investment returns.

  • Prior experience in at least one of the following environments:

  • Fixed-income or multi-asset investment funds

  • Investment departments of insurance companies

  • Treasury departments of banks or securities firms

  • Corporates with large treasury or investment portfolios
