Backend Engineer (Golang)
to join a
social responsibility project
— building a
Super App
that helps users
avoid online and phone scams

protect their digital identity

create a safer online environment

As part of the
core development team
, you will play a key role in designing and scaling this impactful platform from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop cybersecurity software for monitoring, attack detection, and information security management.
• Design and implement
  scalable, high-performance system architectures
  .
• Optimize system performance for
  large-scale, real-time applications
  .
• Apply modern technologies such as
  Microservices, Cloud-native development, and CI/CD
  .
• Collaborate in
  Agile-Scrum
  teams.
• Tackle complex engineering challenges involving scalability, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications
Education

• Bachelor's degree in
  Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or Mathematics–Informatics
  .
• Proficiency in English (reading comprehension required).

Requirements

• 3+ years
  of backend development experience with strong
  Golang
  skills.
• Solid knowledge of
  OOP, Microservices, Design Patterns, and System Design
  .
• Experience with
  system optimization
  or
  large-scale projects
  .
• Familiarity with
  SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ
  , and
  DevOps tools
  (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to write
  clean, maintainable, testable
  code focused on performance and reusability.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and learning agility.
• Customer-oriented mindset and passion for building impactful products.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of
  secure programming

  network protocols

• Hands-on experience with
