who's passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights.

You'll design and build HV Holdings' data infrastructure — connecting systems across E-commerce, Marketing, Sales, and Finance — to power real-time decision-making and automation.

Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and maintain a
centralized Data Warehouse
integrating data from ERP, CRM, E-commerce, Finance, and Marketing systems.


• Build and automate
ETL/ELT pipelines
ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.


• Develop and maintain
interactive dashboards
(Power BI / Looker Studio) for Sales, Marketing, and Operations.


• Implement
data governance, quality monitoring, and access control
frameworks.


•
Automate recurring reports
and enable real-time performance tracking for each department.


• Collaborate with business teams to deliver
Customer Journey & Behavior Analytics
, identifying churn and growth opportunities.


• Partner with Operations to
optimize inventory forecasting
and Marketing to enable
A/B testing
and campaign ROI analysis.


• Support
predictive analytics and machine learning
readiness projects.


• Document data flows, transformation logic, and system architecture for scalability.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
.


• 3–5 years of experience in
data engineering, analytics, or data infrastructure
roles.


• Proficiency in
SQL
and
Python
.


• Experience with
ETL tools
(Airflow, dbt, Prefect) and
Cloud Platforms
(GCP, AWS, Azure).


• Skilled in
Power BI
,
Google Data Studio
, or similar BI tools.


• Understanding of data modeling, API integration, and process automation.


• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
