Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and verify all shipping documents in compliance with established procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and track shipments to guarantee smooth and timely delivery from suppliers to designated destinations.
• Process payments for shipments and carrier services promptly and accurately, maintaining clear financial records.
• Manage export shipment documentation and proactively resolve any issues related to shipments to avoid delays.
• Coordinate import shipments by liaising with agents for quotations and overseeing customs clearance processes.
• Perform additional logistics-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in
  Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business,
  or a related field.
• Prior working experience in Import-Export (I/E) or Logistics with Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders, Carriers (Shipping Lines/Airlines), International Suppliers/Partners is preferred.
• Good at English
• Attention to detail, ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
• Good time management skill, Ability to efficiently manage multiple logistics tasks.
