Mô tả công việc:

  • Quản lý vận hành TikTok Shop, theo dõi và tối ưu doanh thu.
  • Lên kế hoạch bán hàng, sản phẩm, chương trình khuyến mãi.
  • Quay và chỉnh sửa video ngắn, tối ưu nội dung theo xu hướng.
  • Phân tích dữ liệu, cải thiện lưu lượng, CTR và tỉ lệ chuyển đổi.

Job Description:

  • Manage and operate TikTok Shop, monitor and optimize sales performance.
  • Plan product listings, sales campaigns, and promotional programs.
  • Shoot and edit short videos, optimize content based on trending topics.
  • Analyze data to improve traffic, CTR, and conversion rate.

  • Có kinh nghiệm vận hành TikTok/E-commerce là lợi thế.
  • Biết quay, dựng video (CapCut/PR/AE…).
  • Kỹ năng phân tích số liệu cơ bản, giao tiếp tốt, chịu được áp lực.

Requirements:

  • Experience in TikTok or e-commerce operation is an advantage.
  • Able to shoot and edit videos (CapCut/PR/AE, etc.).
  • Basic data analysis skills, good communication, able to work under pressure.
