Job description

  1. Analyze, appraise, and value real estate projects, infrastructure developments, and/or project companies.
  2. Prepare investment reports, execute investment activities, manage post-investment operations, and oversee divestment processes.
  3. Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders, investors, and the fund representative board.
  4. Report directly to Head of Strategic Investment and collaborate with internal departments, financial institutions, and investors to ensure sound investment decisions and effective post-investment management.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or Banking.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in finance, investment analysis for real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects; preference for candidates with experience in large-scale corporate environments and hands-on execution of feasibility studies (FS) and project appraisals.
  • Proficient in budgeting, financial performance analysis, cash flow management, and project valuation, including NPV, IRR, Profit on Cost, and investment scenario modeling.
  • Solid understanding of Land Law, Housing Law, Real Estate Business Law, and related legal regulations and experience working with banks are advantages.
  • International professional certifications (MBA, CFA, ACCA, CPA, etc.) are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor, high sense of responsibility, and strong teamwork capabilities.

KPIs

  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of investment reports.
  • Deliver assigned tasks effectively as directed by the Head of Strategic Investment or CEO.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of investment portfolios and advisory activities.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Support, guide, and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners throughout investment and advisory processes.
