About the Role

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer ) to join our growing engineering team. You will work closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA to buildrobust, scalable backend services and APIs that power our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using (Express/NestJS).

  • Build and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

  • Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB to design efficient schemas and

queries.

  • Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.

  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to plan, implement, and deploy new features.

  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

  • Implement testing strategies (unit/integration tests) to ensure reliability.

  • Participate in CI/CD workflows and infrastructure-related improvements (e.g., Docker, GitHub

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a backend developer, with solid experience using

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Experience with at least one backend framework (e.g., , NestJS, Fastify).

  • Familiar with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

  • Understanding of API design principles, RESTful APIs, and optionally GraphQL.

  • Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, etc.).

  • Good understanding of software architecture, modularization, and design patterns.

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Redis Pub/Sub).

  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Experience working with microservices or distributed systems.

  • Exposure to DevOps practices (monitoring, logging, infrastructure as code).

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
